Unfortunately, it's time for me to sunset Betacache. This site started as a small pet project for my own use, but quickly grew into something much bigger. As it grew, the time needed to maintain the database became more than I was able to manage. This has led to the database being full of dead or faulty links, and the quality of the site has degraded to such a point that I no longer feel good about keeping it up. There are just so many new videos showing up every single day, and nowadays there are many better options for finding bouldering beta videos with more resources available to ensure high quality.

I'd like to thank all of you who used, uploaded, or edited videos to help with this community resource. I hope it helped some of you to find new climbs or to send your projects!

I'd also like to thank Kaya Climb who have helped me to port the vast majority of videos over to their site. If you're looking for beta videos that used to live here, there's a good chance you can find them there!
